Banana Date Walnut Muffin: The Perfect Blend of Sugar and Salt, Lal’s Signature Muffins
Craving something sweet and salty? Try these Banana Date Walnut muffins that taste as good as they look!

Ingredients:

Flour 450 grams

Milk 375 grams

Sugar 250 grams

Eggs 2

Oil 250 grams

Banana 3

Date 20 grams

Baking powder 20 grams

Walnut 50 grams

Cinnamon 1 tsp

Crumble:

Sugar 20 grams

Flour 40 grams

Butter 30 grams

Water 10 grams

Method:

In a large bowl combine all ingredients

Blend until uniform in consistency

Fold in mashed banana , date and walnuts

Pour batter into muffin tin lined with paper cups

Make crumble by mixing a little amount of butter sugar and flour together until crumbs are formed

Now add crumble top of each muffin case

Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for about 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean

Turn out on to wire racks
