Sehri Recipe of The Day: Cauliflower Crusted Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Grate the cauliflower head in to a bowl
Add a good pinch of salt and leave to sit for 20 mins
Pour the cauliflower on to a tea towel and squeeze out the water
Put the dried cauliflower back into the bowl
Add in 2 eggs, salt, minced garlic, black pepper, chilli flakes, dried basil and stir well
On a hot pan drizzle some ghee or olive oil
Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture on to the pan and shape in to a rectangle with a spatula whilst on the pan
Once both sides are golden, place your cheese on to the toast and place the other toast on top to make a sandwich
Leave for a minute until cheese melts!
You can also add tomatoes and basil in the middle if you like!
