If your mother and grandmother had wrinkles at a young age doesn’t mean you will.
- Oily skin is ageing slower
The state of collagen fibres doesn’t depend on the activity of oil glands. So, if you have oily skin, don’t comfort yourself protect your skin properly with sunblock
- The earlier you begin to use anti-age creams the better:
The answer is NO! Creams should correspond to your skin's current needs.
- Less smiles – less wrinkles:
Not only smiles but all facial gestures lead to wrinkles. So, if you walk around with a sad expression on your face and frowned forehead you will not only acquire new wrinkles but frighten all your friends! Don't do it!
- Omega-3 foods ward off the signs of ageing
No one is going to argue about the fact that omega-3 is beneficial to the body. Oily fish and other foods that are rich in omega-3 bring many great health benefits to the table. What they don't do, however, is prevent wrinkles. There has been no conclusive evidence to support this claim. It's fine to eat oily fish for the taste, but don't do so strictly to prevent wrinkles!
