Slowly bring the right knee in towards your chest and extend the left leg, while pulling in the tummy at all times alternate between the two legs. Repeat 10 times and do three sets.Ex12. Leg Raises:

Lie on your back with your arms along your sides, palms facing down. Bring your feet together and raise both your legs, keeping your knees straight. Point your toes and bring your legs all the way down without touching the floor. Flex your feet and drive your feet straight up toward the ceiling. That's one rep. If you want to challenge yourself, lift your chest and head off the floor and repeat the exercise. However, make sure you don't put any pressure on your neck. Repeat 10 times and do three sets.Ex2

Keeping your core engaged, twist from the waist as you bring your left arm down and underneath your body. Return to starting position to complete one rep.
