Watermelon Popsicles: A Colourful Way To Keep Cool
Looking for a delicious way to beat the heat this summer round? Try these colourful coolers that make a healthy & fruity snack!
19 oz cubed seedless watermelon (about 3 1/2 cups)
Basil Seeds (as per your taste)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
STEP 1: Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth.
STEP 2: Strain into 2-cup glass measuring cup, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
STEP 3: Pour puree into Popsicle moulds, dividing equally.
STEP 4: Freeze overnight. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Keep frozen.)
