 Cucumber Lemon Water

 What you need:

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • A few sprigs of mint
  • Water

  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 10 to 12 fresh mint leaves

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a jug with room temperature water. Refrigerate for three to four hours.

Turmeric Ginger Water

What you need:

  • Fresh turmeric
  • Fresh ginger
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Cinnamon
  • Cayenne pepper

  • 3 apples
  • 4 Cinnamon sticks

Directions:

Bring water to boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Core and slice your apples, try to slice them as thin as possible. Add apples and cinnamon sticks to your simmering water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Let stand and cool. Strain water into a jug. Refrigerate and serve.
