1.It’s okay to have a bad day, week, or even month. Good ones will come along the way too.  

It is important to remind ourselves that life consists of both bad and good memories. One day you might be having the time of your life, and the next might be your worse. It is essential to keep reminding yourself that this won't last forever, and nothing is constant; meaning tomorrow is an opportunity for change. So, if you are feeling down, always remember that you will not feel this way all the time.

2. You are beautiful.

This one sounds cliche, but it's true. We often forget to call ourselves beautiful or pretty because of societal standards and on days we don't feel good about our self-image. However, you should always know that you are beautiful the way you are, and in the current state you are in, regardless of how you feel like.

3. It's okay to have a rant session.

Who doesn't feel light after going on a rampant rant, complaining, and letting all the frustrations out? Don't feel bad or guilty about letting your emotions out. Instead, enjoy the process and find healthy ways to rant your negativity out without causing harm.

4. It's okay to not feel like socializing.

Don't feel like going out, meeting friends, people, or even your family? It's okay. You are allowed to feel this way and your feelings are valid. Have some time by yourself and focus on yourself only. Transfer all the energy towards yourself, and re-energize! 

5.  Don't feel guilty for saying NO!

Everything must have boundaries and limits, thus saying no to people does not make you a bad person. It makes you a self-respecting individual who values your worth. So, say 'NO' whenever you feel like it. It's your decision, and nobody can force you to say yes if you truly don't want to.
